1. General Provisions<\/h2>

The Association "Hilfehub" is in Austria, a registered Association (gemeinn\u00fctziger Verein), and acts on the basis of the Association act of 2002 (right of Association). The Association is recognized as a charitable organization (non-profit) and processed according to personal data exclusively within the framework of its articles of Association and non-profit activities.
In the case of the processing of personal data, the Association complies with the provisions of the data protection basic regulation (DSGVO\/GDPR) and the relevant provisions of the Austrian Law.<\/p><\/section>

Your personal data will only be used for club-related purposes, in particular:

\u2022 The leadership of the members of the directory and the management of membership,
\u2022 Compliance with the statutory objectives of the Association (Association law, non-profit status),
\u2022 Accounting and tax obligations,
\u2022 Information about the activities of the Association,
\u2022 Responding to requests.<\/p><\/section>

5. Legal basis of processing<\/h2>

The processing is carried out on the basis of:

\u2022 Contract\/Membership (Art. 6, Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO),
\u2022 Legal Obligations (Art. 6, Para. 1 lit. c DSGVO), for example, accounting and Association law,
\u2022 Legitimate interest of the Association (art. 6, Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO), for example, ensuring the safety of the site.<\/p><\/section>

Your data can only be to the extent disclosed as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the tasks of the Association are required:
