Privacy Policy of the Association „Hilfehub“
1. General Provisions
The Association "Hilfehub" is in Austria, a registered Association (gemeinnütziger Verein), and acts on the basis of the Association act of 2002 (right of Association). The Association is recognized as a charitable organization (non-profit) and processed according to personal data exclusively within the framework of its articles of Association and non-profit activities.

The processing is carried out on the basis of:
• Consent (Art. 6, Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), for example, in the case of Newsletter sign-UPS,
• Contract/Membership (Art. 6, Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO),
• Legal Obligations (Art. 6, Para. 1 lit. c DSGVO), for example, accounting and Association law,
• Legitimate interest of the Association (art. 6, Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO), for example, ensuring the safety of the site.
6. Disclosure of data to third parties
Your data can only be to the extent disclosed as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the tasks of the Association are required:

• Donations documents and accounting documents are kept for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Austrian law.
